Accident Cleaners and Restoration is currently seeking to fill the position of: Restoration Technician to grow into a team leader or project manager. We are seeking service minded technicians with strong leadership skills, ability to work alone or as a team, and willing to learn. The qualified candidate should be compassionate with the ability to handle highly sensitive and emotional situations daily as interactions involve families who have experienced the loss of a loved one. Initiative, dedication and a strong work ethic is needed. This position is not your typical 9-5 therefore a flexible schedule is needed as emergency calls don’t always end at 5pm and can occur on weekends, although most jobs are completed during normal hours.

Must be in good physical condition with the ability to lift or move heavy furniture, sit or stand for long periods of time. Some duties are performed while wearing full personal protective equipment (HAZMAT suits) including respirators and other safety equipment as necessary. Past related service based experience is a perfect position for retired military, law enforcement (police officers), or firefighters is a plus but not required. Other related service based experience from cleaning or construction is also a plus.

The Restoration Technician is a first responder on property loss situation and helps to mitigate the damage in the property including:

  • Biohazard Cleaning, including suicide, homicide, hoarding etc.
  • Demolition
  • Cleaning and decontamination on site
  • Content handling and storage
  • Equipment set-up and break down
  • Manage and maintain a clean organized appearance of vehicle, equipment, and supplies on job site and warehouse at all times
  • Manage and maintain a clean and organized warehouse and any additional buildings
  • Manage inventories of all equipment and supplies
  • Complete all necessary paperwork including technician field reports and diagrams
  • Provide the highest level of Value Added Service
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (outlook, word, excel) and PDF forms
  • Ability to use a IPAD for documentation
  • All other duties or projects as assigned


  • Excellent communicator, both verbally and written
  • Professional, clean demeanor and appearance
  • Ability to work with people in a professional manner
  • Ability to travel to and from job sites in company vehicle for emergency work
  • Maintain a valid and current driver’s license
  • Reside local within one hour of Williston, FL able to respond to an emergency call within a reasonable amount of time.
  • Successfully Pass criminal background, and motor vehicle background report check
  • Successfully pass pre-employment drug screening


  • Competitive Pay – $14.00 to $23.00 per hour depending on Experience.

  • Potential advancement after six (6) month probationary period

  • Per-Diem Meals while on Emergency Calls
