Director of Sales- Law Enforcement Relations


Accident Cleaners & Restoration is a fully licensed biohazard remediation company that helps restore homes affected by events such as homicide, suicide, and unexpected death. Our main focus is and will always be on the families in need. After crime scene response and body removal services assist where possible, loved ones are oftentimes left to handle the rest. During such events, our expertise and accreditation in biohazard remediation helps lessen the burden placed on families facing such unforeseen crises.

We are currently seeking a Business Development Representative to serve as liaison for businesses and community partners within a designated territory. This individual must obtain a strong passion for success and accountability towards business representation. Ability to strategize marketing efforts with the Marketing Manager along with an altruistic mentality is a must.

Position responsibilities (but not limited to):

– Calling, developing, and nurturing relationships with local community referral sources, including law enforcement, coroners, medical examiners, funeral homes, emergency responders, insurance adjusters, etc.
-Attending and representing Accident Cleaners and Restoration at tradeshows, conferences, and other partner functions throughout the year.
-Participating and assisting with community and referral training seminars with a focus to strengthen referral partnerships
-Collecting and continually updating contact information for local referral sources in the company’s contacts database, CRM
-Developing and executing specific marketing plans to drive new referral targets and nurture relationships when discovered
-Contacting referral leads via phone and in-person for effective follow-up measurements.
-Overseeing and evaluating market trends to gather competitive advantages in the biohazard cleanup industry
-Continuously communicating a positive image of the company to target audience with a relationship based sales approach.

Position requirements

Excellent written, verbal, telephony, and presentation skills
Proficiency with MS office Suite and CRM systems
Proven track record of accomplishment in self-management, organizational and leadership skills
5+ years related experience in outside or territory sales through partnership marketing
Bachelor’s degree in Sales Management, Marketing, Business administration or similar. Work experience may be used in lieu of degree
Ability to travel within multi-county region 75% of the time
Entrepreneurial business drive
Understanding of first responder initiatives a plus.
