Since 1999, families have placed their trust with ours. From start to finish, we're with you, helping to lessen the trauma. As a properly licensed, insured, locally owned and operated company, we have earned trust and praise from past clients and are recommended by many insurers.
We know the impact of a sudden or unexpected event, the questions and emotions it raises and we're here to help. Moments after discovering an unexpected event, it's only natural to have questions, concerns and fears.
We treat every call as an emergency. Traumas don't wait for "regular office hours," and neither do we. Once we have collected all essential information, we will provide you with an estimated time of arrival for service. To minimize your stress and to streamline the process, we will work directly with your insurance company.

MEET THE TEAM

Dan & Crystal Pinkston
As a family owned and operated company, we are honored to help other families in their time of need. Whether water, sewage damage, trauma or suicide – these events can drastically impact your home and your peace of mind.
Dan Pinkston started the company in 1999. In his years as a professional firefighter, Dan has witnessed the confusion surrounding a traumatic event. "Who can we turn to for help," was a cry he heard more often than not. He also found survivors further traumatized when they discovered that neither law enforcement or EMS were going to clean up the area.
Crystal Pinkston not only manages the company, but along with her husband Dan, she rolls up her sleeves and wades in to lend a hand. "Sometimes people are surprised to see a woman doing this kind of work," says Crystal. "But when I step out of the vehicle, I can see their stress level go down, they can tell we care and we're here to help."
Our additional experienced team members have backgrounds in medical/EMS, are professionally certified, and trained to deal with almost any kind of disaster. But what can't be taught out of a book or a seminar, is the compassion and concern each of our team members has for our clients and their families. Stemming from our years of experience, our team is sensitive to your needs, questions and concerns. Let us help you through this most difficult time.
