We understand the traumatic effects this has on you and your loved ones. Many family members are further distressed to learn that crime scene restoration is not a service provided by fire, police or any other government agency. In many cases, insurance will cover the crime scene cleaning costs, and we work directly with them, lessening the impact on you in this most difficult time. To maintain your privacy, we use unmarked vehicles. We don't want you re-traumatized by trying to do this yourself. Our team has the knowledge and expertise to restore, decontaminate, and disinfect any scene after a decomposition, homicide, or suicide.

DECOMPOSITION/UNATTENDED DEATH

Cleaning up the decomposition that occurs after an unattended death is not something you should attempt on your own. Without proper training or equipment, you may be exposing yourself to other harmful contaminants, and the emotional effect this can have on you can be traumatizing. Our Florida decomposition cleanup team is highly specialized in restoring property where an unattended death has occurred, and we are able to 100 percent remediate properties where a decomposition has taken place. This includes fully sanitizing and removing the odor from properties where decompositions have taken place. Decomposition cleanup may require additional follow-up to remove odors requires special handling to fully remediate.

Our decomposition cleanup services have come highly recommended by other industry professionals such as funeral homes and crematories, and our care team is properly licensed and certified to remove biohazard waste, sanitize the property where the unattended death occurred, and deodorize the property fully and completely. We will work with your insurance company about covering the cost of the restoration, creating less stress for you at this difficult time. We are your advocate and work directly to get your loss covered.

CRIME SCENE AND TRAUMA CLEANING

Restoration following a traumatic discovery requires specialized training, treatment and disposal. Even if a site "looks clean," you may be at risk of exposing yourself to potentially hazardous materials including blood, bodily fluid or fluid-borne pathogens.

Finally – we know the emotional toll this can have on you and your family – it's hard enough getting through this. Our care team has the training, expertise and experience to clean, sanitize, deodorize and restore the area. During the cleaning and restoration process, we conduct ourselves in a respectful manner (known as the Accident Cleaners and Restoration Privacy Pledge), helping to begin the healing process for the family and survivors. Let our professional experienced staff help you through this. We will also work directly with your insurance company about covering the cost of the restoration, lessening the stress on you.

PRIVACY PLEDGE

We pledge to provide you the utmost in privacy. We use unmarked vehicles and perform our duties in a discrete and respectful manner. Many of our staff are trusted members of law enforcement, emergency medical staff, and firefighters who abide by a strict confidentiality policy for your privacy. Our focus is to restore your hearts and home while providing you dignity and respect.

VEHICLE DECONTAMINATION

It's hard to imagine a traumatic event happening in a loved one's vehicle. Following a death, your vehicle may require cleaning and decontamination to remove any blood, bodily fluid or biohazard materials. This confined space requires special tools and techniques. If cleaned improperly, it may lead to lingering odors or worse. Don't expose yourself or others to the hazardous material in the vehicle. Our properly trained and certified technicians will clean and deodorize the vehicle after a trauma, homicide, or suicide.
